The NL2388-PAIRE-TB electric table lift kit is a complete, ready-to-install solution for motorizing a large table aboard yachts, motor boats and catamarans fitted with a 12V DC network. It combines two NL2388 electric table legs with the control box, remote control and switch they need, so the builder or owner orders a single reference with every component matched.

Each table pedestal is a 3-stage, rectangular-section aluminium column with a clear anodized finish. It offers a 400 mm stroke, from 358 mm retracted to 758 mm fully extended, and can stop at any height in between. One table can therefore serve as a dining table, a coffee table or a base for converting a cockpit seating area into a sundeck. With an IP55 protection rating, the legs can be installed indoors or outdoors, in the saloon as well as in the cockpit or on the flybridge.

The heart of the kit is the NL2120 control box. It reads the position of both legs and keeps them moving in step, so the table top stays level throughout its travel, without mechanical stress on the table structure or on the pedestals. The NL2120 also houses a radio receiver for the AT5189 4-channel remote control. The NL1494 rocker switch adds a wired, momentary control point, for example on a bulkhead or a console.

The two motorized table bases are fixed with 200 x 200 x 8 mm plates, top and bottom, for a stable mounting on the cabin sole or cockpit floor. Each leg accepts a dynamic load of 50 kg and a static load of 100 kg, rising to 200 kg with compression locking.

Electric table lift kit NL2388-PAIRE-TB – Installation / Maintenance

Installation:

• Fix both legs to a rigid structure using the top and bottom mounting plates.
• Fit the NL2120 in a dry, ventilated location protected from spray, close to the legs (under a bench, in a locker or beneath the table).
• Keep each leg cable under 5 metres, and use cables of equal length on both legs for correct synchronization.
• Protect the 12V supply line with a fuse or breaker as specified by NOVAL.
• Set the NL2120 microswitches to synchronized mode before powering up.

Maintenance:

• Rinse the aluminium surfaces regularly with fresh water.
• Apply silicone spray or lanolin to the moving parts to limit friction.
• Periodically check connectors and cables for corrosion, chafing or loose terminals.
