Nauticspares also offers on-board comfort equipment, such as: – seat suspensions – complete tables: bases and tops – TV elevator systems All these systems are specially designed and tested by us for use on board boats and in damp, salty environments.

Our website offers you several ways to identify with certainty the part you wish to replace:

  • the part number : each part is identified by its original part number
  • photos : visual identification is also an excellent way of confirming your choices
  • the designation : which precisely describes the part, its components and version if applicable
  • its use : when possible, we list the brands and boat models , or products, on which these parts are installed

To place an order, you must create a customer account on our webshop. Once logged in, browse our catalog, add the items of your choice to your basket, then follow the instructions to complete your order.

Payments by bank transfer are preferable to limit the fees charged to both customer and merchant. We accept, via the Stripe platform, secure credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Unfortunately, once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. We process orders quickly to ensure prompt dispatch.

Shipping costs vary according to destination and order weight and dimensions. You can check shipping costs during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

We are committed to providing our customers with a satisfying online shopping experience. However, we understand that special circumstances may arise and you may need to return a product. To facilitate this process, please read our Return Policy below. 1. shipping and return costs:

  • Initial transportation costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except in the case of error on our part or defective products.

2. Return conditions :

  • The product must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
  • The returned product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged and with all accessories supplied.
  • The product must be accompanied by all original documents, including user manuals and warranty certificates.
  • The serial number of the returned product must correspond to the one registered at the time of purchase.

3. Return process :

  • Please contact our customer service department at contact@nauticspares.com to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before returning the product.
  • Pack the product carefully in its original packaging to prevent damage during the transport.
  • Include a copy of the purchase invoice and the Return Material Authorization (RMA) number in the packaging.

4. Inspection and refund :

  • Once the returned product has been received, it will be inspected to ensure that it meets the return conditions.
  • If the product complies with our return policy, we will issue a refund within 10 working days.

5. Exceptions :

  • Some products, due to their nature, may be excluded from our return policy. These exceptions will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Currently, our delivery service covers Europe, USA, Caribbean countries and islands, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Turkey, Africa. However, please note that some countries may be excluded due to restrictions imposed by international law. Also, please note that some products may be subject to delivery restrictions due to specific distribution agreements. If a product cannot be delivered to your country, this may be due to contractual agreements in place. If your country is not available during the order process, this may be due to these limitations. We want to guarantee you the best possible shopping experience. However, if you are not satisfied with a product you have ordered or if it is faulty, our return policy is as follows:

1. Defective product :

If the product ordered is defective, you have the following options:

  • Full refund: You will be refunded the full amount of the product, as well as the return shipping costs.
  • Product replacement: On request, we will exchange the defective product for an identical one at no extra charge.

Terms: Refunds or replacements will be made once the returned product has been received and checked by our quality department.

2. Functional product :

If you wish to return a product that is functional and conforms to your order, the following conditions apply:

  • Return shipping: Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
  • Refunds: The product must be returned in its original functional and visual condition. After reception and validation of the quality of the product by our service, a refund of the amount of the product will be made within 15 days.

3. Non-refundable fees :

In all cases of return, transaction fees, bank charges and customs duties are non-refundable. Please contact our customer service department before returning any goods, so that we can provide you with the necessary instructions.

At Nauticspares, we are committed to offering as many spare parts as possible individually. Our goal is to help reduce unnecessary costs and promote sustainable, repair-oriented maintenance practices.

However, some of our suppliers do not allow the sale of critical components (such as electric motors, electronic boards, or gearboxes) on their own. This is often due to safety regulations, technical liability, or warranty conditions. In such cases, the manufacturer requires that these components be assembled in-house on the complete unit (actuator, system, mechanism…) to ensure compliance, reliability, and traceability.

➡️ What this means: If a motor is faulty, we are sometimes only able to offer a replacement of the complete actuator or system.

We fully understand that this may seem frustrating or even environmentally counterproductive. That’s why—true to our mission—we actively encourage our suppliers to make more individual parts available and to move the marine equipment industry toward more sustainable and modular practices.
