The NS0004 deck spacer, also referred to as a seat riser, is specifically designed for the 4S brand model RIB03S seat suspensions used on high-speed RIBs and open boats. It meets the needs of demanding boaters seeking optimized onboard ergonomics. By adding 250 mm of height to the RIB03S jockey suspension seat, it enables precise adjustment of the helm seating position—particularly useful when improved visibility or customized comfort at the helm is required. This adjustment significantly enhances the skipper’s posture and line of sight.
Designed and manufactured in Europe, this height spacer is machined from 6061 marine-grade aluminum alloy, known for its resistance to saline environments, mechanical strength, and long-term durability. The matte black powder-coated finish (RAL 9005) is reinforced with a marine-grade primer, ensuring excellent corrosion protection and a refined appearance.
Its 30 x 30 cm square footprint includes 8 pre-drilled Ø8 mm holes compatible with M8 fine-thread bolts, ensuring a secure and rigid installation on the boat deck.
The interface with the RIB03S suspension also features 8 Ø8 mm holes, allowing for easy assembly using an A4 stainless steel hardware kit (bolts, nuts, washers).
To accommodate different needs, a 80 mm version is also available under the reference NS0001.

Installation / Maintenance
The installation of the NS0004 riser is quick and intuitive. It is mounted directly between the RIB03S jockey suspension seat
or RIB03 suspension and the boat deck using 8 M8 bolts (not supplied—available under reference NS0013), through the pre-drilled Ø8 mm holes.
For deck mounting, it is recommended to use a drilling template (supplied with the product)
or to ensure perfect alignment with the deck inserts.
We can also supply a set of waterproof flush deck inserts under reference NS0011.
For maintenance, simply rinse the riser with fresh water after each outing to preserve the finish.
Stainless steel fasteners can be assembled with Teflon gel to prevent galvanic corrosion between the aluminium riser and the stainless steel bolts.
However, this is not mandatory, as the applied coating already provides electrochemical insulation.
Regular inspection of bolts and tightening is also recommended to ensure long-term reliability.
